History of Kamras
Seaport of Kamras and Trade

Located along the Thassa to the west and protected by the Ta-Thassa Mountains to its east, Kamras seaport is a hot spot for trade in the south.  It is the closest seaport to the southern plains cities, such as Turia.  Merchants and Trade are a big part of the city.  Having such access to the Thassa, Kamras finds the buying and selling of products and easy business and they make their business from imported products as well as products produced at home.   Kamras docks house many ships mostly those from the southern plains.  Many cities in the plains have no access to water closer than 1000 passings so Kamras makes its coin by opening its port to these cities to give them more access to the gorean trade and sales market.
Also, being a coastal city, fishing is a big part of the city's marketing business.  Population of Kamras consist of many sailors, shipbuilders, fisherman and merchants.
